I want to offer you a warm welcome to our website, whether you are already a valued member and part of our international community or just interested in learning more about Neuro Linguistic Programming and our organization. The ISNLP was founded in 2021, and we are now onboarding members from various parts of India and other countries.

We have recently begun establishing partnerships with international , national, regional, and specialist NLP associations around the globe to celebrate the diversity of our NLP community. United by our common appreciation of the theory and practice of NLP in the various fields of human excellence development, we seek to grow and learn together.

With the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, the ISNLP has been innovating and offering new ways of staying in touch through online workshops and webinars as well as online NLP workshops to support the ongoing learning and certification needs our members. Richard Bandler & John Grinder developed NLP to be effective and accessible to people with no psychological training, underpinned by the simple but profound phrase “If someone can do it , Anyone can.” This vision of contributing to healing the world is what drew many of us to NLP and continues to inspire us. In a world facing acute environmental, social, and political crises, it is a vision we, as a public benefit organization, are keen to share and act on. Toward this end, our social engagement committee offers focus groups on varied topics as well as online webinars in which members can broaden discussion, deepen consciousness, and stimulate healthy change for ourselves, our clients, and our world.

There is great variation in the intensity and extensiveness of training and standards of practitioners, and some disagreement between those in the field about which patterns are, or are not, actual NLP. NLP is an open field of training with no “authoritative” best practice. With different authors, individual trainers and practitioners having developed their own methods, concepts and labels, often branding them as NLP, the training standards and quality differ greatly. Hence subsequently it has been deemed that any certifying body that existed, did so only to provide benefits to its members and not to certify credentials.

Training & Certification

To ensure quality training for individuals wishing to apply NLP in various fields and work settings. The ISNLP has established standards for training and certification in cooperation with NLP associations around the world.
Each year we recognize the achievements of our members with the ISNLP Service Award, the ISNLP Research Award.
